The order contract

One clear workflow across fragmented registries.

Registly separates estimates, reviewed pricing, authority fulfillment, and secure delivery so every state is explicit.

01

Identify the authority product

Choose the jurisdiction and exact certificate, certified filing, or document bundle. Registly does not substitute an ordinary registry result for an official document.

02

Generate a no-charge estimate

Provide the entity identity and processing preference. The estimate shows known pricing and timing without collecting payment.

03

Review access, fees, and delivery

Registly checks the authority record, requester access, current authority fees, processing options, and return method.

04

Approve the reviewed total

Only the server-reviewed amount becomes payable. Software agents can use Stripe MPP; assisted human payment is added as availability expands.

05

Track authority fulfillment

The operations desk records submission, authority reference, due date, delays, receipt, and delivery without hiding the registry workflow.

06

Receive the document securely

Electronic files or scans are delivered through a private, expiring link. Physical-original status remains explicit when the authority dispatches paper.

Service boundary

The authority issues the document.

Registly is an independent procurement service. It does not issue certificates, create substitute reports, provide legal opinions, or claim affiliation with a registry.

When an authority or receiving institution controls availability, acceptance, processing, or validity, Registly says so directly.
