Timing separation
Authority processing, dispatch, postal arrival, digital scan availability, and customer download are tracked as separate milestones.
Access before payment
When entity authorization or a restricted account is required, Registly verifies that path before binding a payable total.
Visible freshness
Time-sensitive pages display a verification date and link to the source so customers can inspect the underlying rule.
Corrections
Authority guidance can change.
A public catalogue price remains an estimate until the order is reviewed. If an authority changes its fee, access rule, or processing availability, Registly updates the order before asking for payment.
Customers should send suspected errors to orders@registly.app with the affected page and source. Corrections are prioritized when they could change a purchasing decision.
